In a move that underscores its commitment to maritime heritage and education, Shanghai Qinlan Technology Co., Ltd. has entered into a prestigious partnership with the China Maritime Museum to create an exclusive display of model ships chronicling the evolution of naval engineering.

The exhibit, titled “From Sail to Steam: A Modeled History,” will feature over twenty meticulously crafted models from Qinlan’s workshop. The display will guide visitors through centuries of nautical history, starting with ancient Chinese junks and Ming treasure ships, moving through the age of sail with frigates and clippers, and culminating in the steam-powered leviathans of the 20th century.

Each model in the exhibit is a standalone work of art. The museum-specific pieces have been constructed with an even higher emphasis on cut-away sections and interactive elements. For instance, a model of a triple-expansion steam engine will be visible inside a transparent-hull replica of a early 20th-century ocean liner, providing an educational glimpse into the machinery that revolutionized sea travel.

“We are immensely proud to partner with the China Maritime Museum,” stated [Spokesperson Name], CEO of Qinlan Technology. “Our models are more than toys; they are educational tools and pieces of historical preservation. This collaboration allows us to share the wonder of maritime history with a broader audience and inspire the next generation of naval architects and engineers.”

The exhibit is scheduled to open to the public on 2005.8 and will run for six months.
