 Demonstrating a forward-looking vision, Shanghai Qinlan Technology Co., Ltd. has launched a new series of model ships focused entirely on the future of the maritime industry: renewable energy and sustainable operations. This eco-conscious collection features highly detailed models of wind turbine installation vessels (WTIVs), cable-laying ships, and advanced hydrographic survey vessels.

The flagship model of this series is a 1:150 scale replica of a state-of-the-art WTIV. It features a fully functional, proportional remote-controlled crane system that can articulate and lift, a self-elevating jack-up platform, and dynamically positioned thrusters (simulated with directional lights and sound). The model is constructed using recycled polymers and eco-friendly paints where possible, reflecting the theme it represents.

This series is designed to appeal not only to model enthusiasts but also to companies within the green energy sector, educational institutions, and advocates for maritime sustainability. It serves as a tangible representation of the technology driving the global energy transition.
